Description:	Rabbit polyclonal antibody
Background:	NIT1 catalyzes the terminal activation step in indole-acetic acid biosynthesis. Aggregation of NIT1 in cells directly abutting wound sites is one of the earliest events associated with wound and herbicide-induced cell death. It is also involved in the conversion of IAN to IAM (indole-3-acetamide) and other non-auxin-related metabolic processes.

Application Example

Lane 1: 30 μg total protein from Arabidopsis thaliana leaf.
Lane 2: 10 μg cytosolic protein from Arabidopsis thaliana leaf.
Lane 3: 30 μg soluble protein from Arabidopsis thaliana leaf.
Electrophoresis: 15% SDS-PAGE
Transfer: blotting to NC (nitrocellulose) membrane for 1h.
Blocking: 5% skim milk at RT or 4℃ for 1h.
Primary antibody: 1:1000 dilution overnight at 4℃.
Secondary antibody: 1:10000 dilution using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (Cat# PHY6000)
Detection: using chemiluminescence substrate and image were captured with CCD camera.
