Background:	DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. NRPB2 is the unique second-largest subunit of DNA-dependent RNA polymerase II which synthesizes mRNA precursors and many functional non-coding RNAs.

Application Example

Lane 1: 3 μg nuclear protein from Arabidopsis thaliana.
Lane 2: 6 μg nucleat protein from Arabidopsis thaliana.
Electrophoresis: 8% SDS-PAGE
Transfer: blotting to NC (nitrocellulose) membrane for 1 h.
Blocking: 5% skim milk at RT or 4℃ for 1 h.
Primary antibody: 1:5000 dilution overnight at 4℃.
Secondary antibody: 1:10000 dilution using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (Cat# PHY6000)
Detection: using chemiluminescence substrate and image were captured with CCD camera.
