THF1 / Anti-Thylakoid membrane formation 1 antibody
Catalog Number: PHY0145
Size: 150 µg
Confirmed reactivity: Arabidopsis thaliana
Database Access Number: AT2G20890

Product Information

  Description:

Rabbit polyclonal antibody

  Background:

Thylakoid formation 1 (AT2G20890) is involved in vesicle-mediated formation of thylakoid membranes. Expression of Thf1was induced in the light and decreased under dark conditions. It has been shown that Thf1 is probably involved in the metabolic pathway that controls the assembly of the PS II complex.

  Synonyms:

THF1, PHOTOSYSTEM II REACTION CENTER PSB29 PROTEIN, PSB29, THYLAKOID FORMATION1

  Immunogen:

KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of THF1 derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT2G20890.

  Form:

Lyophilized
