AT2G36270 ABI5 / Anti-Protein ABSCISIC ACID-INSENSITIVE 5 antibody

Catalog Number: PHY0773S
Size: 150 µg
Confirmed reactivity: Arabidopsis thaliana
Database Access Number: AT2G36270

Product Information

  Description:

Rabbit polyclonal antibody

  Background:

ABI5 is a member of the basic leucine zipper transcription factor family, involved in ABA signalling during seed maturation and germination. The Arabidopsis abscisic acid (ABA)-insensitive abi5 mutants have pleiotropic defects in ABA response, including decreased sensitivity to ABA inhibition of germination and altered expression of some ABA-regulated genes.

  Synonyms:

ABI5, ABA INSENSITIVE 5, ATABI5, DPBF1, GIA1, GROWTH-INSENSITIVITY TO ABA 1

  Immunogen:

KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of ABI5 derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT2G36270.

  Form:

Lyophilized

  Quantity:

150 µg

  Purification:

Serum
