  Description:

Rabbit polyclonal antibody

  Background:

AFH1 is a nonprocessive formin that moves from the barbered end to the side of an actin filament after the nucleation event. It might be involved in the organization and polarity of the actin cytoskeleton. And AFH1 is involved in polar pollen cell growth process by maintaining tip-focused cell membrane expansion for the polar extension of pollen tubes.

Application Example

Lane 1: 30 μg total protein from Arabidopsis thaliana leaf. 
Lane 2: 60 μg total protein from Arabidopsis thaliana leaf. 
Lane 3: 15 μg soluble protein from Arabidopsis thaliana leaf. 
Lane 4: 30 μg soluble protein from Arabidopsis thaliana leaf. 
Electrophoresis: 10% SDS-PAGE
Transfer: blotting to NC (nitrocellulose) membrane for 1h.
Blocking: 5% skim milk at RT or 4℃ for 1h.
Primary antibody: 1:1000 dilution overnight at 4℃.
Secondary antibody: 1:10000 dilution using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (Cat# PHY6000)
Detection: using chemiluminescence substrate and image were captured with CCD camera.
